Hi, I’m Shay, the owner and founder of Bel Cielo Hair & Nail Spa. I created this space with one goal in mind: to help women feel beautiful, confident, and complete. The name Bel Cielo means “beautiful sky” in Italian and was inspired by my daughter—it’s a daily reminder of love, beauty, and endless possibility. At Bel Cielo, I specialize in several types of gel nails, luxury pedicures, cuts & colors, and facial waxing. Whether you’re coming in for a quick refresh or a full transformation, I want every client to feel pampered, cared for, and radiant when they walk out the door. For me, this isn’t just about beauty services—it’s about creating a warm, welcoming environment where women can relax, recharge, and shine from the inside out.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! 💙 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
